Tapping into Eternal Joy

Posted on May 6, 2011 with 1 comment
Recently I have had some reflections on tapping into our inner peace and joy.  Please comment and share your experiences too.  Blessings and Joy to you all!   Lauren

At the Highest Widest level of individual existence, when there is faith and hope alive for the rightness of something so great so wise and so harmonious that EXISTS ALREADY, then you can KNOW and REMEMBER that IT IS REAL, just not easily apparent. What youʼve been seeking has been here the whole time . It is JOY and it lives ETERNAL.

Soon - relatively speaking, a more harmonious world is coming .....just beyond this current chaotic time....money and banks will come and go...fortunes will be won [...]

Getting Centered

Posted on March 8, 2011 with 0 comments
happiness :  is not about gain and loss when i get centered and remember.    its about being grateful to be alive .  the honor it is to give and to receive with grace ..

To our great surprise and joy, someone anonymously made a beautiful you tube with gorgeous, spacious photos of Hawaii set to Lauren’s ‘Heal with Ho’oponopono’ song!

We thank this fan very much and are happy to offer the link here for you all to enjoy and experience.  The HPP song is a remarkable healing prayer.   We welcome all feedback and stories of your experiences with this Hawaiian healing methodology.  HPP is now available as just a single song download (Lauren has both english and spanish versions) on our listen or buy tab.

If anyone feels so inclined to give feedback,  we’d also be interested whether the song has stronger healing properties for you in Spanish versus English.

Choices and Judgements

I own that it is my sole responsibility for the choices
I make and I do my very best to make the 'right' choice
and so if there is some 'loss'
who's to say it is?
and the truth is
"is that so?"
 The moment's evaluation  of conditions
are embedded in a larger story -
like in the story of the man who has a horse wander in to his farm.
Neighbors say " what good fortune."   He replies "Is that so?"
His son rides the horse and breaks his leg.  Neighbors say "what bad fortune!"  He replies "Is that so?"
A war breaks out and because of the broken leg, his son can't  go to war.   Neighbors say "what good fortune!" he replies  "is that so?"
and on and on Life goes.
We don't know if our choices are what we hope & desire & even anticipate them to be..
Its not ours always to know
but surely we need to adjust to whatever does arrive.
Irrefutably in front of our face.
Just keep doing our best
and staying as detached as possible,
holding [...]
